Refund and Returns Policy

At Linaé, we are dedicated to providing you with a flawless shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in the original packaging

Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for processing your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us right away. We will resolve the issue by offering a return, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Custom-made or made-to-order products

Important Note
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund shipping fees, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized, made-to-order, or customized products.

Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order once your return has been processed.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
